Skreech.com provides portals for many members, and we have a responsibility to protect each member and to provide the best services possible. When you abide by these terms and conditions, you help ensure that our obligations to you and our other customers are met.

1. Email - NO SPAMMING!
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail including, without limitation, on behalf of a Skreech Portal is STRICTLY prohibited. Skreech.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. A member shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. Skreech.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.

Skreech.com's no-spam policy shall not supercede ClickBank's current policy on this issue.

Skreech.com members agree to receive emails from Skreech.com which relate to Skreech.com and associated topics which Skreech.com believes are of interest to the members.

2. Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine, compromise the security of, or otherwise cause harm to any Skreech Portal server or customer accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of your account.

Skreech.com has the right to limit any account's bandwidth. Accounts which use excessive bandwidth may be temporarily suspended or terminated if bandwidth excesses are persistent.

3. Inappropriate Content
Skreech Portal members shall be responsible for any add-in code or content modifications of their portal. Add-in content or modification shall not contain hate material, pornographic material, pirated software, material which infringes on other's copyrights, crackz, warez, offensive language or other material illegal or offensive in nature. Skreech.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this Inappropriate Content provision.

It will be the member's responsibility for the usage of his or her account and any consequences of this usage.

4. Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

5. Liability
Skreech.com will not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with Skreech Portal, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, down time, loss of privacy, damages to third party even if Skreech.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claims based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

6. Disclaimer
Skreech.com will not be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a member would have gained if their portal was functioning. Certain services provided by Skreech Portal are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Skreech.com may not be directly owned or written by Skreech.com. Skreech.com holds no responsibility for the use of our member's accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be immediately deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Skreech.com sees fit.

Skreech.com is not necessarily endorsed by ClickBank or it's employees.

7. Account Activation
By activating your Portal account with Skreech.com, you understand and agree with with the above policies and disclaimer.

Skreech.com retains the right to change any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimer without notification.
